21st Graduation Attire Collection Form — November 2026

The 21st Graduation Attire Collection Form is now available. You need it to collect your academic attire for the 21st Graduation Ceremony on Friday, 27 November 2026. The form must be filled in duplicate.
How to use the form
- Download the form below and print two copies.
- Fill in both copies: full names, course, specialisation, student registration number, phone number, National ID number and email.
- Bring both copies on your school’s collection day (see the table below), with your Student ID, your original National ID or passport, and proof that you have paid the graduation application fee.
- Keep your copy safe. Attach it when you return the attire by 5:00 pm on Monday, 14 December 2026.
Collection dates
Academic attire is issued from 16 to 25 November 2026, by school:

Penalties and lost attire
Attire not returned by the deadline attracts a penalty of KES 2,000 per day. There are no exemptions for late return.
