21st Graduation Attire Collection Form — November 2026
Print two copies of the attire collection form, fill them in and bring both on your school’s day (16–25 November 2026). Return the attire with the form by 5:00 pm, Monday 14 December 2026.

21st Graduation Ceremony, Friday 27 November 2026: clearance deadline 5:00 pm, Friday 23 October; provisional list 30 October; attire issue 16–25 November; rehearsal 26 November.
